Excelsior Empire Regional Volleyball Association is offering a special coaching clinic with Simone Asque-Favia, Mental Performance Coach with Asque About You LLC.
The clinic will cover goal setting, motivation, mental performance, tactics, movement mechanics, and more.
Simone’s background includes First Team All-ACC honors at the University of Virginia, professional volleyball championships, multiple medals with the Jamaican National Team, a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology, and more than 10 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience.

Excelsior has launched a new partnership with OTTO SPORT AI to give our clubs access to discounted club-management and recruiting services.
The partnership includes tools such as OTTO SPORT, University Athlete, and other volleyball services designed to help clubs manage registrations, rosters, payments, schedules, recruiting, and communication.
The webinar will show University Athlete for Club Directors and OTTO SPORT for club operations, explain how the tools can work together for clubs, coaches, athletes, and families, and cover discounted options available to Excelsior clubs.
The webinar itself is free. OTTO services are not free, but Excelsior clubs have access to discounted pricing through the partnership.
